Lead GTM Engineer
What you'll do
This role involves owning the multi-channel outbound engine across email, social, and community, building and connecting the technical stack for execution, automation, and scale. The engineer will be responsible for implementing tracking, managing deliverability, running platform automation, and iterating quickly based on experimental data.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate must be highly hands-on, capable of building and running the Go-To-Market stack without relying solely on strategy or delegation from day one. Essential requirements include technical proficiency with GTM tools, proven multi-channel outbound experience at scale, pipeline thinking, and a track record of applying AI expertise to outbound personalization and automation.
