The GTM Engineer will own and improve the commercial systems infrastructure, including enrichment flows, scoring logic, outbound orchestration, and CRM automations using low-code/no-code tools like Clay and n8n. This role involves designing and implementing LLM-powered workflows, writing effective prompts, and ensuring all built systems are reliable and well-documented for both internal use and client implementations.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building or significantly improving GTM/RevOps automation systems, possess strong proficiency with Clay and n8n, and have experience integrating and debugging LLM APIs. While light scripting in Node or Python is expected when necessary, this is fundamentally a GTM engineering role, not traditional software development.
