The ideal candidate must possess deep hands-on experience building AI-powered GTM workflows using tools like Clay or n8n, coupled with proficiency in prompt engineering for reliable LLM outputs. A strong GTM intuition regarding sales and marketing operations, along with the ability to manage GTM activities and quickly adopt new AI tooling, is essential.
