GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will design and build repeatable go-to-market systems to identify leads, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and improve conversion rates. They will work closely with the founder to enhance the sales funnel from lead sourcing to booked calls.
What you'll need
Candidates should have 2 to 5+ years of experience in growth, sales operations, or a related role, with a strong understanding of lead generation and CRM systems. Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential, along with strong analytical and written communication skills.
