The GTM Engineer will build and automate workflows for lead scoring, CRM hygiene, and custom signals while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to solve bottlenecks. They will also keep data clean and systems running smoothly, prototyping and rolling out new tools and automations.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a technical, operations, or growth role, with a preference for those who have built in Clay or similar tools. They should be comfortable with APIs and low-code platforms, and possess strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
