What you'll do
The Senior GTM Engineer will own the technical architecture of Personio's GTM automation layer and independently scope and deliver complex automation projects. They will also lead the design and deployment of AI-powered agents and workflows across the GTM organization.
What you'll need
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or related fields, with expert-level experience in Salesforce and other platforms. Strong data and analytics skills, as well as the ability to operate independently and translate data into commercial recommendations, are essential.
