Senior GTM Engineer (RevOps) (f/m/x)
What you'll do
You will own the technical architecture of Personio's GTM automation layer and independently scope, architect, and deliver complex automation projects. Additionally, you will lead the design and deployment of AI-powered agents and workflows across the GTM organization.
What you'll need
The role requires 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or a related technical operations role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Candidates should have expert-level experience with Salesforce and at least two other platforms, along with strong data and analytics skills.
