What you'll do
The Senior GTM Engineer will own the technical architecture of Personio's GTM automation layer and independently deliver complex automation projects. They will also lead the design and deployment of AI-powered agents and workflows across the GTM organization.
What you'll need
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in GTM Engineering or related fields, with a strong background in building and architecting systems. Expertise in Salesforce and other relevant platforms, along with strong data and analytics skills, is essential.
