The GTM Engineer will optimize and scale the existing outbound list infrastructure and turn it into a scalable, international top-of-funnel engine. This includes designing workflows, ensuring data quality, and continuously testing new tools and scripts.
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth Ops, or similar roles, with hands-on experience in Clay and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. An automation mindset and strong understanding of modern B2B outbound strategies are essential.
