The GTM Engineer will own Mento's GTM tech stack, designing and building systems that power the revenue engine. This includes cleaning and unifying data, automating prospecting, and partnering with sales and marketing teams.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong understanding of various tools and data quality. They should also be AI-forward and comfortable with building systems from scratch.
