What you'll do
You will help scale Clay Clubs globally by defining what a great Club event looks like and building systems to achieve that. Additionally, you will re-energize the digital community and ensure seamless transitions between in-person and online interactions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced community builder with a strong operational mindset and a passion for engaging with community members. They should be comfortable in ambiguous situations and have a proven track record of building or scaling impactful initiatives.
