GTM Engineer (Ops)
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated systems to enhance the sales capacity of the GTM team. Responsibilities include automating lead workflows, market intelligence tracking, and deal management processes.
What you'll need
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Engineering or related fields, ideally in an AI-native B2B SaaS environment. Familiarity with tools like Clay and Attio is a plus, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
