You will build the go-to-market (GTM) machine by automating processes, running technical trials, and partnering with sales and customer success teams. Additionally, you will handle customer support tickets and make integrations work for prospects and customers.
The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in a technical customer-facing role and is comfortable with APIs, SSO/SCIM, and scripting. You should have experience shipping integrations and a strong commercial instinct.
