GTM Engineer
What you'll do
Own and evolve Cartesia’s GTM systems, tooling, and operational infrastructure. Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design scalable operational infrastructure and improve customer acquisition and service.
What you'll need
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields, with strong architectural instincts and experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines. Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders are also essential.
