You will own the entire GTM stack end to end, with complete autonomy to build and scale the systems that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems for prospecting and outreach, managing CRM architecture, and enabling SDRs with tools and workflows.
Candidates should have a primary background in GTM, growth, or business operations at a Series A or B startup, with strong systems thinking and technical fluency. Experience with GTM systems, data analysis using SQL, and a creative approach to outbound strategy are essential.
