The GTM Engineer will lead the end-to-end B2B sales process, including identifying potential clients and supporting negotiations. They will also collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementations and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Candidates should have experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in SaaS, insurance, healthtech, or fintech. Proficiency in AI tools and the ability to work independently without micromanagement are essential.
