GTM Engineer (USA - Remote)
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will design, build, and permanently own Conduit's AI-native outbound engine, focusing on pipeline generation without scaling headcount. They will also collaborate with the CBO on messaging strategy and own pipeline metrics end-to-end.
What you'll need
Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in B2B GTM, revenue operations, or growth, with a strong track record in building outbound strategies. Expertise in Clay and a strong AI-first mindset are hard requirements, along with a background in fintech or payments.
