As a GTM Engineer, you will build scalable lead-generation workflows and automate sales and marketing processes using modern tools and AI. You will also analyze data to optimize campaigns and collaborate directly with the product and engineering teams.
Candidates should have experience with modern GTM and lead-generation tools, a strong growth mindset, and a deep understanding of outbound marketing. Technical understanding of APIs and automation is preferred, along with fluency in German and English.
